Let Cathy Listen To Your Team
Cathy can design an interview questionnaire with your input and approval that will help her listen for pain points, constraints, roadblocks, and opportunities for improvement. Cathy will then interview your recommended staff members. An important component of the process is that while individual comments may be included in the report, they are not attributed to an individual respondent. This is critical to the success of the process because your staff can speak freely and openly about the issues they and their coworkers face.
Once Cathy has conducted her interviews, she will provide you with a report that summarizes what she heard with prioritized recommendations on how you might attack the issues that your team is facing and take advantage of the opportunities.
How Long Does It Take?
It really depends on the issues the organization is facing, how many staff members you’d like to provide input, and their availability. Once the interview questionnaire is developed and approved, you should have the results back in about a week.
